Yes, you read that right: covid booster season is starting!

From the 18th of September 2023, the NHS will start to invite people in priority order of risk and those eligible will be able to book an appointment on the National Booking Service.
Unfortunately, our teams cannot take bookings in store. Therefore, if you are eligible you can either book online from the 18th, or call the NHS covid helpline 119 to book your appointment with us.

This year, we’re adding our brand new Craddocks Parade branch to the mix of stores providing the booster, giving Ashtead a much-needed extra space to help our most vulnerable patients get the protection they need.

The following people are eligible to book in with us for an autumn Covid booster:

Residents in care homes for older adults
All adults aged 65 years and over
People aged 18 to 64 years in a clinical risk group
Frontline health and social care workers
People aged 18 to 64 years who are household contacts of people with immunosuppression
People aged 18 to 64 years who are registered carers

On top of that, we are also preparing to open our flu vaccination bookings very soon, giving those that want it the opportunity to have both vaccines in one appointment.
